※ Precautions

When you visit or call for maintenance, repair, or demonstration, we will inform you the schedule.
Most products need to be brought to BULLS for repair service. When our technical staff can repair the products on-site, we will visit the site. (travel expense may be charged)
Please request demonstration at least 2 to 3 days ahead. (we may charge travel expense for products that are over 2 years old)
In cases of upgrading the machine instead of repairing, please be aware that our service may be delayed during busy farming season.

Warranty Period (Free Service and Exceptions)

We provide free warranty for 1 year from date of purchase.

※ Precautions

We may charge service expense (repair expense + component expense + travel expense) even during warranty period for following matters :
  • Damage, loss, or breakdown caused by negligence of user
  • Unauthorized repair and modification
  • Natural disaster (fire, flood damage, others)
